We understand things come up! To be respectful of our stylists’ time and other clients:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee, typically 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows (no call/no show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
